Statistical Image Analysis on Liquid-Liquid Mixing Uniformity of Micro-Scale Pipeline with Chaotic Structure

The aim of this work is to introduce a novel statistical technique for quantifying the concentration field uniformity liquid-liquid mixing process within micro-scale chaotic pipeline. For illustration, microscale mixer in which inlet direction parallel unit designed by using pipeline with Baker map. Meanwhile, non-uniformity coefficient method adopted quantificationally instead qualitatively estimating micromixer based on uniform design theory and image analysis.
